Q: How do I measure myself for Jodhpurs, Breeches, Shirts and Jackets?

A: In order to help you choose the right size from the Windsor Apparel collection, we have compiled an accurate size chart together with handy tips on how to measure yourself correctly.

Q: Where does Windsor Apparel deliver to, what are the charges and how long will delivery take?

A: Windsor Apparel delivers world wide except Australia. Shipping charges differ from region to region. Shipping and handling charges are $19.95 to New Zealand and $29.95 for all other countries.

Delivery within New Zealand will take approximately 5-10 working days. Backorder items may take longer than 5-10 working days to deliver. Parcels must be signed for. Please consider supplying a business address as your delivery address when making a purchase. 

International deliveries will take approximately 10-14 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 10-14 days to deliver. These will be sent separately with a proportioned postage charge. For your protection, all parcels outside Australia will be sent as insured international air freight.

Q: What is the Returns policy?

A: Under the Windsor Apparel Returns Policy for goods purchased on the Windsor Apparel website, unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with garment tags still attached within 7 days of cancellation with a completed Returns Form.

Q: Should I expect any additional charges?

A: The postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
